LabOS Purchasing Bridge Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
LabOS Purchasing Bridge is a Chrome extension developed by The Device Lab to facilitate supplier purchasing workflows between LabOS and MobileSentrix.
Information processed
When a user initiates an upload, the extension processes supplier product SKUs, quantities, spreadsheet data, product descriptions, prices, and import validation results.
The extension accesses the user's existing MobileSentrix browser session to perform the requested operation. Session-related form and security tokens are used within the MobileSentrix browser context and are not intentionally transferred to LabOS or stored by the extension.
How information is used
Information is used exclusively to:
Submit user-authorized purchasing files to MobileSentrix.
Retrieve supplier product validation results.
Display accepted products, errors, and purchasing totals in LabOS.
Maintain temporary operation state and prevent duplicate uploads.
Information sharing
Purchasing data is transmitted to MobileSentrix to perform the requested supplier operation. Import results are communicated back to the authorized LabOS application.
The extension does not sell user information or use it for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness assessment, or unrelated commercial purposes.
Storage and security
The extension uses Chrome's browser APIs and secure HTTPS connections. Authentication credentials are not intentionally exported to LabOS or stored in the extension.
Temporary operation information may be stored locally to support reliability and duplicate-upload prevention.
User control
Purchasing uploads are initiated by the user. The extension does not automatically submit payments or complete supplier checkout.
Users may disable or uninstall the extension through Chrome's extension management interface.
Data retention
Temporary integration data is retained only as necessary to complete or safely reconcile purchasing operations. Records retained by LabOS or MobileSentrix are governed by their respective data-handling practices.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
