We are seeking a talented Electronics Technician with an engineering mindset and strong problem-solving abilities. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of electronic devices. You will work with a range of complex issues and apply your technical expertise to restore devices to optimal performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Diagnose and repair electronics such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and more.

  • Perform complex repairs, including motherboard diagnostics and component-level work.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with precision and attention to detail.

  • Provide clear and thorough explanations of repairs to customers.

  • Ensure all repairs meet our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on the latest technology and repair techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an electronics technician or in a related role.

  • Strong engineering mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

  • Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of electronic devices.

  • Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, and electronic equipment.

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail—"hands of a surgeon."

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and explain technical issues in simple terms.

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
